Toilet Roll Radio
(October 2010 School Holidays Program)

Explore the exciting world of electronics. Then build a ‘toilet roll radio receiver’ (crystal set) based on a cardboard tube (similar to a toilet roll) that actually works; to keep. This is a fun introduction to the world of electronics.

When: Each day October 4 - 7 at 10.30 a.m. (1.5 hour program)
Where: The Wireless Hill Telecommunications Museum, Wireless Hill, Ardross.
Suitable: for persons aged 8 - 16+ years.
(Special session for High School Ages ONLY October 5 at 1.30 p.m.)
Cost: $10 per person.
